I'm Linda Pulgar

Linda Pulgar is a Florida-licensed Registered Dental Hygienist and an internationally trained Dentist from Venezuela with more than 25 years of combined clinical and academic experience.
Her career began in Venezuela, where she owned and operated three successful dental offices, leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering comprehensive oral rehabilitation and preventive care. After relocating to the United States, she expanded her expertise through advanced clinical hygiene practice, orthodontic assisting across Florida, and formal training in dental management, insurance coding, verification systems, periodontal guidelines, and dental legal risk management.
Linda specializes in comprehensive oral health, rehabilitation, and prevention-driven dentistry, with extensive experience managing medically complex patients, including oncology and autoimmune cases. From the beginning of her professional journey, she has worked closely with physicians to integrate oral and systemic health, reinforcing her philosophy of bridging dentistry and medicine.
As the founder of Dentist Study Group, Linda mentors and prepares international dental professionals for U.S. National Board Examinations through structured private tutoring and comprehensive mentorship programs. Guided by the motto:
“Building bridges from your home country to U.S. dentistry,”
she supports dentists through the professional revalidation process, emphasizing licensure, compliance, and safe clinical integration.
She is also an accomplished speaker and clinical instructor, presenting continuing education programs such as Hygienist UpToday and Medical Emergencies in the Dental Chair, focusing on clinical confidence, legal protection, and patient safety.
