Non-Refundable Payment Policy

All course payments are non-refundable.
Once registration is completed and payment is received, no refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued for cancellations, missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, or failure to complete the course.

Examination & Certification Disclaimer

Participation in this CPR training course does not guarantee successful completion of any examination or certification.
The training program provides educational preparation only. Each participant is solely responsible for meeting testing requirements and demonstrating competency according to the certifying organization’s standards.

Liability Waiver

By registering for and attending this training, participants acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Participation in CPR training involves physical activity that may include practice compressions, simulations, and emergency response exercises.

• Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

• The course instructors, organizers, training providers, affiliates, and business partners shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damages, or outcomes resulting from participation in the training or application of learned techniques.

• This course does not replace professional medical care or emergency medical services.
